Undo a points award
Written for: Staff who teach or support a class.
If you award positive points to the wrong pupil, or choose the wrong category, you can undo the award straight away from the class Points page. The undo removes the whole award, so if you awarded a group or the whole class, every pupil in it loses those points.
Undo the last award
Section titled “Undo the last award”- Stay on the Award Points page where you gave the points. Don’t change class or leave the page first.
- Find the message above the pupil tiles. It says how many positive points were awarded and to how many pupils.
- Click Undo last award in that message.
The message changes to “The last positive award was undone.” and the pupils’ totals go back to what they were.

What you can undo
Section titled “What you can undo”Undo last award only ever undoes your most recent positive award on this page:
- One award at a time: if you give another positive award, the button then undoes the new one. You can’t step back through earlier awards.
- Positive points only: needs-work observations have no undo. If you’ve recorded a needs-work observation since your last positive award, the button still undoes that earlier positive award, not the observation.
- Only until you move on: the button disappears when you choose another class in the class list or leave the page.
- Only on the class Points page: points given with the Give points button at the top of the screen can’t be undone this way.
If the button has gone, you can’t remove the award yourself from the Points page. Speak to your school’s behaviour lead or Student Radar administrator about correcting the pupil’s behaviour record.
If something doesn’t work
Section titled “If something doesn’t work”| What you see | What to do |
