Questions for the working day

The questions this answers

What is the judgement on each target?

Each target carries its recorded state: improving, mixed, limited progress or not yet evident.

What is the judgement based on?

Evidence sits with the target, and the judgement is a person's reading of it, recorded.

What about the ones nobody has judged?

Targets with no review recorded are listed in that state, which is information in itself.

Evidence in context

States, not stories

The tracker records evidence and judgement states; it does not write the story of what worked.

  • Targets with recorded judgement states
  • Evidence held with the target
  • Targets with no review recorded, listed
