Common questions
What does everything included mean?
- Core, SEND, Safeguard, Assess, Connect, Health, Office, Teach and Lead sit within the same annual platform price. Schools can activate the areas they are ready to use without buying an upgrade.
How does the volume discount work?
- Schools with 300+ pupils receive 5% off, 500+ pupils receive 10% off, 800+ pupils receive 15% off, and 1,500+ pupils receive 20% off. The discount applies to your total annual cost.
Can we activate product areas later?
- Yes. Product areas can be switched on when your school is ready, without another quote, purchase order or module fee.
What about SMS and messaging costs?
- SMS messages through Connect are charged separately at pass-through cost. In-app messages and notifications are included at no extra charge.
How are multi-academy trusts priced?
- Multi-academy trust quotes use the same published per-pupil platform formula, aggregate pupils across participating schools for volume discounts, and do not add an undisclosed trust surcharge.
Are these prices inclusive of VAT?
- No. Published annual prices exclude VAT. There is no setup fee.
