About the Site
The Site provides information about Student Radar, including product information, resources, and ways to contact us or request a demo. These Terms apply to the Site itself.
If you are a customer using the Student Radar application or subscribing to paid services, your contract with us (and any related data processing terms) will govern that relationship and may include additional terms beyond this page.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in a way that violates any applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems, or any accounts.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site (including attempting to probe, scan, or test vulnerability, or sending malware).

- Misrepresent your identity or submit false information through Site forms.
Submissions Through Forms
If you submit information through a contact or demo form, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
Do not submit sensitive personal information (for example, pupil records, safeguarding details, or medical information) through Site forms. The Site is intended for general enquiries and demo requests.

The Site and its content (including text, graphics, design, and logos) are owned by Student Radar or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for your internal evaluation and information purposes.
