The working surface
What it does
An intimate care plan holds the agreed routines, the consent behind them, the responsibilities and the review date, under controlled access.

Consent is a record with a date, not an assumption. The plan shows it or shows its absence.

Dignity is practice, not paperwork. The plan records what was agreed so practice has something to be checked against.

Access is controlled and drafting help is human-reviewed; nothing about sensitive care is automated into being.
