A worked moment

Tuesday, nine days before the trip

The trip is Open. Open is a state, not an answer. The list underneath says what remains: consent Approved for most, Pending for a few, one Declined, and two forms Not sent.

The risk assessment is still showing as missing, which is why nobody is calling the trip ready. Authorisation is in place; the paperwork behind it is not, yet.

What remains is a list now, not a feeling: the Pending consents to work through, the risk assessment still to upload, and a staff pack to export when the person running the trip decides it is time.

What changes when Consent and Trips is connected

The value of Consent and Trips is the route from current evidence to an accountable next step, with the people and context around the work kept visible.
