The working surface
What it does
An individual healthcare plan here holds the condition, the agreed protocols, emergency contacts and the review date, with an assisted-drafting wizard that produces a draft for staff review.

Assisted drafting produces a draft, nothing more. A member of staff reviews it and makes it active.

An active plan is the school's working copy of what was agreed with clinicians and families. When the agreement changes, the plan changes when a person updates it.

A plan being on file does not make it current. Plans past their review date are labelled overdue, and the list says how many.
