Health / Allergy Register
School allergy register, action plans and device checks
Student Radar helps school staff connect confirmed allergy records with action plans, consent, spare-device checks, training and incidents. Each keeps its own status; staff follow current clinical instructions and emergency procedures rather than treat a register entry as clinical approval.
Recorded severity, consent, plan activation and device readiness are different facts. Staff use current clinical instructions and school procedures; a saved form or green indicator is not clinical approval or compliance certification.
Allergy Register
From a confirmed entry to reviewed school arrangements
Maintain confirmed pupil allergy records, review action-plan consent and sign-off, and connect spare-device checks, training, incidents and catering information.
01
Confirm the pupil and allergy information
Review register entries and MIS suggestions, record the agreed severity and flags, and retain unresolved source conflicts rather than assuming they are confirmed.
02
Keep the plan’s decisions explicit
Prepare the plan, clinical context and contacts, then keep draft saving, actual sign-off, consent responses and activation as separate steps.
03
Review the arrangements around the pupil
Record spare devices and actual checks, training and incidents; prepare the relevant catering artefact and review aggregate evidence with its missingness intact.
Review the entry
Amend the agreed entry rather than duplicating it
Edit entry retains the pupil and allergen while staff review severity, AAI flags and the next review date. Draft and active states have different requirements.
Check the saved date
Check the review date that was saved
The reopened fictional entry retains 15 January 2027. Saving a future review date does not prove a review happened, activate a plan or establish consent.
Prepare the plan
Keep draft content separate from activation
The native plan form records clinical context, emergency contacts and actual sign-offs. Save draft and Activate plan have different effects, with missing consent or sign-off still requiring a human response.
Record the device
Record the actual device and location
The spare-device form records brand, dose, batch, expiry and location. Later checks and replacement links describe actual operational events rather than assuming a device is accessible from its record alone.
Record training
Record completed training with its evidence
The training form identifies the staff member, training type, completion date and evidence note. An attestation request and a recorded completion are different states.
A clearer allergy recording and review workflow
Recorded severity, consent, plan activation and device readiness are different facts. Staff use current clinical instructions and school procedures; a saved form or green indicator is not clinical approval or compliance certification.
Review plan consent and sign-off before activation
Connect records with practical device and staff checks
