Connect / Meetings & Appointments

School meetings, appointments and agreed follow-up

Student Radar helps school teams plan appointment programmes, manage bookings and retain a durable meeting record. Plan, Run and After connect what happened with agreed actions, owners and the family view; a booking does not establish that the meeting took place.

Staff confirm the actual meeting outcome and authorise the follow-up. Booking, finalisation, family publication and specialist source changes remain separate decisions.

Fictional example in the actual application.

School and family work

From checked context to a deliberate next step

Plan the programme and booking arrangements, run the meeting and review its owned follow-up in one connected workspace.

  1. 01

Plan a feasible programme before publishing

Review the appointment length, buffer, booking deadlines, hosts, locations and travel assumptions. Preview the intended schedule version before publishing it.

  2. 02

Keep private notes and family content distinct

The durable record holds the meeting outcome, attendance, internal notes and reviewable proposals. The agreed family summary stays private until separately published or sent.

  3. 03

Review follow-up in the right source

The After view connects practical work and specialist outcomes to the meeting decision. Named ownership and current specialist authority remain part of applying the next step.

Questions about Meetings & Appointments

Can we manage bookings and retain the meeting outcome together?

Yes. Programme and booking arrangements connect to the meeting record through Plan, Run and After.

Can agreed follow-up have a named owner?

Yes. Record what was agreed, who owns the next step and what the family may see. A recorded action does not establish implementation or professional impact.

The value of a connected school

The message is one part of the pupil’s day.

Family communication becomes more useful when the information, response and next school action stay connected.

Follow a connection to see what it makes possible

Relevant context, with access set by each staff member’s role and responsibilities. Staff decide the response.

  1. Health + Connect

Know which health follow-up still needs a reply

First aid and medication records keep parent notification status with the event. Staff can see where follow-up is needed without reconstructing a separate message trail.
