From request to completed operation

From new colleague to working account

Access is a lifecycle, not a form. This workflow follows it.

  1. 01

    Find the colleague

Look up current staff and open invitations, and see who holds which role.

  2. 02

    Choose role and class access

Set the invite role and the classes the account can reach, before the invitation goes out.

  3. 03

    Send, update or deactivate

Send the invitation, update access as jobs change, and deactivate the account when someone leaves.

Evidence in context

Access that matches the staff list

The office sees who has an account, who is still invited, and what each can reach, so access reflects the school as it is now.

  • Current staff and open invitations with their roles
  • Class access set per person
  • Update and Deactivate available on the person's record

What changes when Staff Administration is connected

The value of Staff Administration is the route from current evidence to an accountable next step, with the people and context around the work kept visible.
