School settings for dates, hours and family access

Student Radar helps school administrators maintain term dates, hours, register structure, family access and establishment settings. Communications, behaviour and values settings use their own controls; each section has its own authority and save behaviour rather than one save for every tab.

Staff authorise each school decision. Sections save independently; a profile choice, provider setup and operational activation do not stand in for one another.

Fictional example in the actual application.

School operations

Keep the next decision connected to its context

Review dates, hours, family access, values and establishment settings through their own authorised controls.

  1. 01

Check the saved hours before relying on them

School hours and contact hours save valid changes through their section. Reopen the value to confirm the arrangement rather than relying on an edited field.

  2. 02

Keep school choices and individual access separate

Review recognition, secure ISP links and school values. Use Account Connections for each adult-child access decision, while source sharing policies remain in force.

  3. 03

    Review the establishment profile deliberately

Choose navigation and terminology, read the roster source and save the profile. AP operational activation remains a separate authorised decision.

Questions about School Settings

Can we maintain school dates and register-day arrangements?

Yes. School Settings includes term dates, hours and register or day structure, through the relevant authorised sections.

Can we configure family access and school values?

Yes. Those settings sit alongside communications, behaviour and establishment details. Check the specific section’s save behaviour and reopen the saved value.
