Pathfinder is a supported implementation year, not free software left at the school gate. The programme is built to help your team test fit in real work before making a longer-term decision.

    Begin with the attendance, behaviour, SEND, safeguarding, health or learning work already costing your team time and attention.

    Make implementation part of the work

    Use a named champion, Wonde onboarding, staff training and ongoing support to move beyond a polished demonstration.

    Review the evidence before deciding

    Use regular review and impact meetings to understand what changed, what still needs work and whether continuation is worthwhile.

    Test whether staff can see the relevant attendance, behaviour, SEND, safeguarding, health and learning context while specialist records and professional judgement remain authoritative.

    Look beyond individual records to the cohort patterns, priorities and ownership questions that determine where school capacity should go next.

    From evidence to review

    Follow a practical rhythm from evidence and interpretation to human decision, owned work, communication and review, then judge the outcome in your own context.

Yes. Participating schools receive a full academic year of platform access at no platform cost. SMS and other pass-through usage costs are excluded.

What does a Pathfinder School need to commit to?

Pathfinder Schools nominate a Student Radar Champion, engage with check-ins and review meetings, and provide feedback on their experience.

Do schools have to pay after the funded year?

There is no automatic or required paid continuation after the funded year. If a school wants to continue, Student Radar supplies an optional written renewal price before the funded year ends.
