# Inkwell Runtime Evaluation Licence v1.0

These terms apply to the hosted Inkwell JavaScript bundle, workers, WebAssembly,
tokenizers, model weights, configuration and related runtime files (together,
the **Inkwell Runtime**).

## What you may do

You may use the Inkwell Runtime only for evaluation through these authorised
Student Radar websites:

- https://www.studentradar.com
- https://inkwell.studentradar.com

Your browser may download and cache the files needed for that evaluation.

## What you may not do

Unless Stuart Armley-Jones gives you a separate written commercial licence:

- You may not redistribute the Inkwell Runtime or model weights.
- You may not self-host, mirror or republish any Inkwell Runtime file.
- You may not use the Inkwell Runtime in a commercial product or service.
- You may not sublicense, sell or make the Inkwell Runtime available to others.
- You may not remove or obscure the copyright, licence or attribution notices.

## Commercial use

For a written commercial licence covering deployment, OEM use, support or
other rights, contact info@studentradar.com.

## Third-party components

Third-party software and data remain subject to their own terms. See
`THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md` beside the runtime for those notices.

## No warranty

The Inkwell Runtime is provided for evaluation “as is”, without warranties or
conditions of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
